Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered — but if something's not quite right, you have 14 days from the day it arrives to send it back for a full refund.

"Custom items and personalized goods (such as custom apparel, decorated caps, or promotional items) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please double-check all personalization details before submitting your order.

A few things to know:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags still attached
• Return shipping is on you, the customer — we'll include instructions on how to send it back once you reach out
• Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days
• Sale and clearance items are final sale — no returns or exchanges on anything purchased at a discount
• Custom or personalized items are also final sale, since they're made just for you and can't be resold
